Official Statement of Closure

Noble Roots Ranch LLC

Effective December 1, Noble Roots Ranch LLC is officially closed. The business is no longer financially viable.

This decision was not made lightly. Over an extended period of time, ongoing drama, a coordinated smear campaign, and repeated harassment by a neighbor, contractor, and former business partner forced our family into a constant position of defending our name, our integrity, and the legal purchase of our home and property. While many members of the community stood beside us, and for that we are grateful, the persistent hostility and dishonesty from others made continued operations untenable.

We are no longer willing to explain peace and cooperation to individuals who thrive on chaos, conflict, and misinformation. At some point, clarity replaces conversation.

We are the Shulers.

Our goal has never been spectacle or conflict. We want to live on our private land, complete the home and facilities we are building, and be left alone. We will no longer participate in public disputes, rumors, or manufactured controversy.

A wise man once said: Never allow someone to affect your future if you would not want to be in their position five years from now.

For the record, clearly and without apology, we do not aspire to be anything like those who have chosen harassment over honesty.

The closure of Noble Roots Ranch LLC is also the only clean and responsible way to fully separate from former business partners who abandoned their responsibilities and obligations.

If you believe you are owed money by Noble Roots Ranch LLC, please contact us directly at Shuler.Tyson@outlook.com with your name and billing details. While our resources are limited, we are committed to making good-faith efforts. We may only be able to offer $30 per month, but those payments will be consistent and made without question. We will not fall under the lines of our former partnership.

Regarding our ministry:

At this time, I have chosen to push my seminary education to the next academic term. Additionally, our public Bible study is being paused. For the foreseeable future, fellowship and study will continue privately, limited to a small group of the family's close friends. This decision is intentional and necessary as we refocus on faith, family, and stability.

Moving forward, we are staying exactly where we are.

Shuler Family Farms will operate solely as a private family farm. No public business. No partnerships. No drama. Just our family and our land—raising chickens, goats, pigs, horses, and bees, and building a life rooted in peace, privacy, and hard work.

We made genuine efforts to be part of the community. Unfortunately, those efforts were met with disappointment rather than cooperation. That chapter is now closed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause and wish everyone the best in their future endeavors. We sincerely hope 2026 brings clarity, growth, and peace to all.

Spiritus Equi

— The Shuler Family
